In this video, I explain my 12-minute fat blast workout. Here are the steps to complete the workout.

1) Walk on the treadmill, stairmaster or ride the bike slow for up to 2 minutes
2) Crank up the speed and go all out for 30 seconds.
3) After that, jump of the equipment and do either 20 push-ups or as many as you can for 30 second. This completes round 1
4) Do a total of 10 rounds
