In this video, I reveal a huge key to building muscle. This key is called Drop Sets. To perform a drop set, on your 3rd or 4th set of an exercise, choose a heavy weight, in which you can only perform 6-8 reps, with good form. Once you hit failure, drop the weight down to the next lightest weight, and finish the rest of your set, the last 2-4 reps of that exercise. Do one drop set per exercise.
